Situationally. Of the hate dump trinks I've tested this is the only one that tually showed some hate dump on the meter (that hypno wah thingy did absolutelyRAP!). Now, regarding how well you know your general hate prodtion with your dps, AND how well u know your tanks hate keeping ability, this trink might provide you some buffer to adjust your playing style (thus I mentioned "situationally").
